Le thème « Congés » du projet RELOAD comprend :

• Les congés payés légaux
• Les congés supplémentaires d’âge et d’ancienneté
• Les absences liées à la famille et à la situation d’aidant : maternité/paternité, parental, scolarité, enfant malade, proche aidant
• Les absences pour événements familiaux : mariage/PACS, décès d’un proche
• Les congés sabbatiques, sans solde et pour création d’entreprise

La première réunion a consisté en un état des lieux des dispositifs dans les entités du Groupe Airbus.

Sur ce thème comme pour l’ensemble du projet RELOAD, l’objectif est d’harmoniser vos droits, quelle que soit votre entité dans le groupe Airbus, et dans la mesure du possible quel que soit votre statut (non cadre / cadre).

• Absences linked to the family and to the caregiver’s situation: maternity / paternity, parental, sick child, school, caregiver
• Absences for family events: marriage / PACS, death of a loved one
• Sabbatical leave, unpaid leave, leave for business creation

The first meeting consisted of an inventory of the existing systems in the entities of the Airbus Group.

On this theme, as for the entire RELOAD project, the objective is to harmonize your rights, whatever your entity in the Airbus group, and as far as possible whatever your status (non cadre / cadre).
